First Ascent Law PS is owned by attorney Sara Lingafelter, trusty sidekick to the indefatigable Labrador Extraordinaire, Hana Prince-Lingafelter.  Hana is the more photogenic of the two, but Sara has the more relevant resume for most visitors to this site.  Highlights of each are included below.

Attorney Profile:  Sara Lingafelter

After externing with the Kitsap County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office during law school, Sara Lingafelter began legal practice with Preston Gates & Ellis LLP in Seattle, Washington.  Shortly thereafter, she started volunteering with Kitsap Legal Services in Bremerton, Washington and ultimately decided that Kitsap County is the community where she wanted to build her practice.  Sara landed at Olsen & McFadden Inc. PS on Bainbridge Island, and then transitioned to solo practice.  When not at work, Sara is an avid rock climber and travels the pacific northwest communing with cliff faces and her fantastic friends and family.  Sara is active as a volunteer with Washington Climbers Coalition, a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation organized to address issues that arise in the climbing community, regularly volunteers with local political activities, and is a volunteer and Board Member for Kitsap Legal Services.
